Villa Maria was built in the summer of 2006 by an English builder and was finished to a very high standard. The villa is only two minutes walk to the one of the local beaches and is an ideal choice for a either a family holiday, especially with young children,  or more senior people as it is in a very flat area, or perfect for a group of couples.

A stunning luxury villa in a perfect small Spanish village located within walking distance of the one of the beaches, the  bars, restaurants and supermarkets are on the door step.

The Villa boasts an 8m x 4m swimming pool, jacuzzi and outdoor shower. The inside is quite spectacular as the photographs below show. There is a huge atrium entrance and open plan living accommodation giving a lovely airy open feel to the villa. It is furnished and equipped to a high standard.  

The lounge / dining area leads into a large fully equipped fitted kitchen. Four bedrooms are available for use - 2 King-size with large walk in en-suite shower rooms, 2 twin bedded rooms one with French doors opening out on to the upstairs sun terrace. With full air conditioning in all rooms for maximum comfort, the villa can also be heated in the winter months as there is a wonderful log burner , making Cala Murada the perfect autumn / winter location.  Outside there is a large pool deck, a large covered terrace area running the whole length of the villa and an upstairs sun terrace with a swing and table and chairs.

Sky TV, DVD and CD player and Ipod docking station are included. We also provide a cot and high chair for the comfort of our younger guests!

We do recommend that to make the most of this beautiful area of Majorca that you hire a car, there is so much to see on this coast line; beaches, Championship Golf, bird watching and much, much more.
